This policy explains how LemonaLabs (“we”) handles personal data. It is written to align with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR.

1. Who we are

LemonaLabs. We’re a small team building an AI receptionist service. You can contact us through the booking link on this site.

2. Website visitors

When you visit this site, technically necessary data (such as your IP address and time of access) is processed so we can deliver the page. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

3. The demo call

If you ask for a demo call, we process the phone number you type in so we can ring you back and show you how the receptionist answers. We may follow up once about your practice. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in demonstrating the service to a business that asked to see it. We do not ask for your name or your email address for this.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person and not a bot is submitting it. Cloudflare processes some technical data to make that check, as set out in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

4. Booking a call

If you book a call with us we use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). The Calendly page loads when you follow the booking link, which may transfer data to and set cookies via Calendly. Details you submit to book are processed by Calendly and by us to arrange and follow up on your call (legitimate interest).

5. Our AI receptionist service

Where we provide the AI receptionist to a business customer, calls are processed on our customer’s behalf to answer, book and capture enquiries. For that processing the business is the controller and we act as processor under a data-processing agreement; call data is handled in line with UK and EU data-protection rules.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to complain to the ICO. To exercise any right, contact us through the booking link on this site.
